Sprites are jagged when placed in the world

For some reason my sprites all look really jagged when placed in the game world.

The textures, sprites and flipbooks all look fine in the editor. It is only when they are placed in the world that the quality seems to change.

Can anyone offer any advice?

Try changing the filtering in the Texture, not the Sprite. In the texture there is a Filter option that is probably set to Nearest, try Bi-Linear
