Sprite NormalMap setup not working properly.Where did I go wrong?

Hello and good afternoon Unreal Community,

               I recently got lighting to work on my sprite using "TranslucentLitSprite" in the flipbook details under Default Material. Problem is, I want the normal map i created to allow the imagine to have curves and bumps similar to this

What I’m currently getting with the “TranslucentLitSprite” is (you’ll notice the flat light effect you get with TranslucentLitSprite to the left)

Does anyone know where i’m going wrong because you can’t just add normal map to a flipbook( the option in details doesn’t exist). You have to add it to the sprite before creating a flipbook from what I have read and I have done (see picture below)

              Yet even with this setup it doesn't transfer over to the flipbook which is why I had to use TranslucentLitSprite inside the flipbook itself to get light onto the sprite but once again I would like to get my normal map working. Any help on the matter would be beyond appreciated, even if you can only point me in the right direction its better than nothing.
