Summary
Spray Emotes cannot be used while editing a UEFN island. Every time I try to use a Spray Emote, the game displays “Not Ready Yet”.
What Type of Bug are you experiencing?
Editor
Steps to Reproduce
- Open any UEFN project.
- Launch an Edit Session.
- Enter Edit Mode.
- Open the Emote Wheel.
- Select any Spray Emote.
- “Not Ready Yet” appears.
Expected Result
Spray Emotes should work normally in UEFN Edit Mode, just like they do in Fortnite Creative 1.0. The selected spray should be placed on walls and other valid surfaces without showing the “Not Ready Yet” message. The sprays should remain visible during the edit session.
Observed Result
Spray Emotes cannot be used at all.
Instead, every Spray Emote immediately shows the message “Not Ready Yet”.

No crash. The issue is that Spray Emotes always show “Not Ready Yet” in UEFN Edit Mode
Additional Notes
This issue only occurs in UEFN Edit Sessions.
Spray Emotes work correctly in Fortnite Creative 1.0 using the same Epic account and the same sprays.
In Creative 1.0, sprays can be placed on walls normally and remain saved.
In UEFN, every Spray Emote immediately displays the message “Not Ready Yet”.
I have tested multiple Spray Emotes with the same result.
I have attached screenshots showing the error message, the Spray Emote wheel, and a comparison with Creative 1.0 where the feature works correctly.
This appears to be a UEFN-specific issue rather than a problem with my island or account.
