spotlights and instances static mesh disappearing from render view

So as my camera gets further away from the spotlights pointing upward they eventually fade from view at a certain distance. After doing some digging it seems that Max Draw Distance may be reason but I have middle mouse measured the distance and have it set to a higher number.

Also I have a flashing tower light in the bottom right of the image towards the end that also culls from the view at a certain distance which is an instanced static mesh.

Can anyone help?

You could try increasing the spotlight actors bounds to make it visible at larger distances. Though perhaps a collision box over the light shaft would be a better solution. It would probably keep the light in view as long as the box matches the light shaft length.
