Spotlight doesn't work properly upon looking elsewhere

In the video, I have a spotlight inside a spherical object. I expect its light to be reflected or scattered from the sphere’s walls. This is the case when I’m directly looking at where the spotlight hits. However, when I turn the camera elsewhere, the room goes dark. How can I fix this problem? Can anyone help?

Your scene isn’t represented correctly in the Lumen screen so you’re getting view dependent GI. As soon as the light is offscreen, it produces no bounce light.

Look at your lumen debug views, they should match the main view.
