The new sponsored section doesn’t show the total number of active players like the other miniatures sections do. Is this a mistake, or is it supposed to be like this?
@Flak Every time I create a campaign, it goes to review, then approved and ready to bid and then out of nowhere cancelled.? No email or message stating what happened. This doesn’t seem like a very good system?
OK so I figured out your campaign gets cancelled if you upload a new version.
I have the problem that I was charged for Sponsored Row but my game never appeared in Sponsored Row. I checked both days at frequent times and I never saw it in Sponsored Row. Why where we still charged if our game was never featured in Sponsored Row?
You could find your visibility on fortnite gg if you click the game you sponsored on there. You could been just visible for less then 10 minutes
Thanks. I have checked both Collections and Discover on Fortnite.gg but there is no row for Sponsored like all the other sponsored maps. Furthermore I kept track of this for 2 hours and then gave it some rest, and then again two hours, and over 2 days I was charged but not a single time was the game in Sponsored row.

Yes, exactly. But still we were charged for the map said to be in Sponsored Row, but it never was.
Its pretty concerning though, this will be an automated proces. So you wont be the only one, and the customersupport beeing the only one you can reach out to, who are allready overwhelmed and not really capable in doing anything else then link you to an article
I would make a bug report for this, pretty concerning. Hopefully you can get your money back
