Summary

When you try to enter certain UEFN experiences, you are not able to “Ready Up” if you are playing splitscreen. A blocking message is displayed.

Set up splitscreen on your device, then attempt to ready up from the lobby.

Expected Result

You should load into the experience.

Observed Result

You can’t ready up for the experience.

i have this issue after my favorite map got an update and now some maps u can play and some not i really hope they fix soon bc i like to play split screen with my family

@Flak can u plese tell the team to look at this bug please, its weekend alot of people like to play with the family split screen

I confirm the problem, Players report that they cannot play together with their family. Please fix it as soon as possible.:folded_hands:t3:

Not that I’ve seen, seems to just be fully disabled for UEFN games the last time I checked

This will be closed as working as intended.

The Island in the report (Murder Mystery: 5253-8468-3364) is not designed to support split-screen. The Islands that allow split screen have the ‘CO-OP’ label in their names and can be searched on the Discover tab. This Island is expected not to allow split-screen.

I have a map that actually has [CO-OP] in it’s name and it’s not allowed on my island @Flak

Hi @Flak! Are you able to clarify what this means? Users are reporting they can no longer play split screen, despite being able to play for over a year.

What caused this change? And how do we re-enable it.
