Summary
Spire Spike is a new device that was added in Update v37.00. It has a checkbox to be Invulnerable that is Off by default. But it is actually Invulnerable regardless of that setting if in “Island Settings” is “Environment Damage” set to “Off” (which is something that I am doing in all of my maps).
Scout Spire and Overload Spire don’t have this problem.

Steps to Reproduce
Put Spire Spike device in a map.
Leave its settings regarding Invulnerability to be Off.
In “Island Settings” set “Environment Damage” to Off.
Start Edit Session and attack the Spire Spike.
Expected Result
Spire Spike will take damage.
Observed Result
Spire Spike will NOT take damage.
