SphereReflectionCapture Capture Distance Threshold bug?

Hi, Since updating to 4.12 the Capture Distance Threshold in SphereReflectionCaptures appears to be broken.

To reproduce you would just need to put a reflectioncapture near a static mesh with a reflective sphere nearby to visualise the reflections, and then attempt to increase the capture distance threshold until the nearby object is culled from the reflection capture. This was working as intended last time I tried (4.11).
