SpeedTree + UE

Hello, everyone.

I’m working on some trees on SpeedTree. I’ve imported them to UE and the leaves a grass show a white border at far distance, when I go really close they look fine, just as they were in SpeedTree. Any idea what may be causing this?

When creating the diffuse layer in your source texture, you want to colour the background a similar colour to that of the leaves.

Also look at adjusting your clip value within your material. (if your source texture is spot on, you shouldn’t need to touch this)

Wow, thanks a lot, I just changed the background color of the diffuse and it works perfectly. I guess it’s a minor thing that needs to be taught only once, so no one cares to explain it again in every tutorial. Thanks!
