Specular/reflection disappears above 4096 resolution

In Unreal 5.4, i get problem above 4096x4096 with rendering specular/reflection (or what the problem actually are, I am not sure) .

  • It did not happen in 5.3
  • Using hardware ray tracing on Windows
  • The problem is present even if I use settings from a default startup project from Epic
  • It happens on two seperate machines
  • I have tried basically all Nvidia drivers going 7/8 months back

Since this problem still persists after two patches 5.4.0/1/2, and there are loads of artists rendering in 8k or even higher resolutions, it seems to me I am missing some setting or console command?

Have anyone experienced this problem?
