Specular Node and Sky Light causing everything to look Metallic

Hello! If anyone could lend a hand I would be most grateful.

So I have been having an on going problem with my skylight, objects and material look. There is an incorrect metallic look on all my objects.

  • if the sky light is set to static or stationary the problem exists (not if the skylight is set to moveable)
  • if the materials specular is left at default or 1 the problem exists
  • if I set the materials specular to 0 it goes away, however I was told this would affect the metallic map

I am attaching two photos to demonstrate this.

Why does unreal engine do this? What is happening for there to be a metallic look all around?

What have been your solutions to solve this issue?
