Summary
With Default Spectate Behavior set to Teammates, a player who voluntarily spectates in my map can become locked to watching one team. The controls for switching spectator targets are missing.
This occurs after completing a match and returning to team selection through our custom Verse rematch flow. The same steps worked in a fresh game.

Steps to Reproduce
1 Join with three players: A, B, and C.
2 A joins Team 1; B and C join Team 2.
3 Play a first-to-5 match until A wins.
4 Vote No on the rematch screen and return to team selection.
5 A joins Team 1; B and C join Team 2.
6 A presses Force Start.
7 During the countdown, A presses the Spectate switch, which moves A to Team 5.
8 C switches to Team 1, leaving B on Team 2.
9 Finish team selection. Our code eliminates A to enter spectating.
Expected Result
A can switch between the remaining players, as happens when following this sequence in a fresh game.
Observed Result
A becomes locked to spectating one team and has no controls to switch targets. The locked team is not consistent: it has been Team 1 in one test and Team 2 in another, even though A selected Team 1 before pressing Spectate.

Additional Notes
- After rematch, going directly to Spectate without first joining a combat team works normally.
- Our team selection UI confirms that A leaves the combat team when pressing Spectate.
- Respawning before elimination did not fix it.
- An eliminate → respawn → eliminate sequence did not fix it.
- Replacing Verse Agent.Respawn() with the Team Settings & Inventory device’s respawn function also did not fix it.
- The rematch flow runs within the same Fortnite game; it does not start a new engine round.
