Unable to leave game while in Spectate after being eliminated on PC.
When a player is eliminated and then put into spectate they can not open the menu to leave the lobby or exit the game. Meaning the only way to go back is to close off Fortnite back on and off.
Steps to Reproduce
Enable spectate and publish a island get eliminated into spectate.
Expected Result
Being able to open the setting menu.
Observed Result
Unable to leave the game.

Could test on tilted zones or any map with spectate on after elimination.
