spec only light possible in 4.21?

Hi all,

Is there a way to make a spot or rect light to only emit spec/reflection? I want to create a reflection of light sources in a character’s eyes without adding too much extra energy to the eye or face.
In a traditional 3D package, I could ask a light to only emit spec/reflection or even light-link the light to eyes only. Any similar technique/trick exists in 4.21?
