Spawning Static Meshes on Landscape Material Layers

Hi all,

I’ve set up my grass spawner to populate my grass layer in my landscape material with grass meshes.
I thought I may be able to use the same system to populate the dirt, cobbles and forest floors layers also present in my landscape material. However, it appears you can only have one landscape grass node in a material (and only pointing at one layer).

Is there anyway to set up the material so that it populates the rest of the landscape layers with static meshes?

For instance, I would like to populate the dirt with small rocks and hay. I would like to populate the cobbles with small loose cobbles and hay, and I would like to populate the forest floor with clovers and twigs.

Is there a way to do this that I’m missing?

Thanks!

Does anyone have any answer on this? Is there a way to tie the procedural foliage spawner to landscape layers?

Doesn’t the kite demo use this system for grass and trees? that would lead me to think you can do this with more. I haven’t tried doing that but if its possible you can check how they did it.

With the landscape grass node, there should be an option to add more input pins to the node itself, and then you can use copies of your landscape layer blend nodes with constant values (to control density for individual foliage types) like so:
