Spawning any architecture off grid from content browser then snapping to grid adds an angle offset to the actor

Summary

This is a relatively need bug, happened after an update. So in Creative and live edit, when you spawn a new actor, you want it to be aligned to the grid. As shown in the video below, it does do that if you have the grid enabled. However, due to the nature of level design, we usually place decoration off grid and switch to the grid after spawning some architecture again. However, when you spawn something off grid from content browser THEN switch to grid while holding it, it now has a fixed angle offset, which is not affected by how the prop was facing before it was put on grid. This causes us to have to re-align architecture everytime this happens, and it can be hundreds of times per project.
