Summary

When spawning props via the SpawnProp() method, those props are never streamed even though they have the “Is Spatially Loaded” setting enabled

Steps to Reproduce

Spawn a prop that has “Is Spatially Loaded” setting enabled

Expected Result

The prop should be streamed

Observed Result

The prop is not streamed
