"Spawn wind VFX" Makes the project invalid

Summary

on every tree in UEFN theres a property called "spawn wind fx and this makes blowing leaves spawn around the trees, and gives it a really atmospheric look, however when turning on this property that asset becomes invalid

Drag out any tree in your scene, (in my case the “Athena Tree large 01”) and turn on the Spawn wind fx property and launch session

Expected Result

That the property that is available to us would validate

Observed Result

you are unable to launch session due to a validation error

FORT-867372 is ‘Closed’ as ‘Fixed’. The issue will be addressed in 34.30.
