Sound trigger from VR Motion contoller movement

Hello, I’m still fairly new to unreal blueprinting. I am trying to figure out a way to have a sound play based on how fast the VR motion controllers are moving. For example, in an underwater scene, moving your hand really fast would play a bubble sound effect. I know how to create trigger events with things like trigger boxes, but I am unsure about how to trigger them based on something like velocity of an object. Any advice would be appreciated.
