Summary

Hi! My map “practice zone” that I released in noveber of 2023, have been updated without any issues for months, I’ve never gotten any rejections and my IARC ratings have been manually lowered by epic/iarc the 7 of december.

Pushed a new version the 10th of May, that failed review because of

1. Lobby image (which Is a picture from the actual map, but it as text on it) so with the new rules about that I understand that it was failed
2. But also 1.18 IARC.

I made the age ratings higher despite being always accepted and manuelly reviewed on my previous versions because of this and also changed the lobby image and the map was approved after 1 hour.

Now today, 1 hour ago my live version failed review, on the create dashboard it said “After careful review, your content has been subject to re-moderation and subsequently removed in response to a player report for violating ,[object Object],. We have sent a detailed email with the rejection reasons to the email address associated with this submission.”

I checked my email right away, but the rejection email just stated “1.18 Island Content Disclosures, Content within your island”.

So two totally different reasons. Like previously stated, my map has been up and without issues for 5+ months, epic even lowered my iarc rating after a manuel review which I’ve added a screenshot in this post, aswell as the create dashboard reason & email.

Is this fraudalent spam reports?

I’ve recently read tweets about others with this issue, but its very scary that a map is taken down without notice and with different information from create dashboard & email.

I’ve attached screenshots of everythng aswell as the manuelly iarc lowering.

That this happens after the map had 5 weeks of unplayable ping issues is awful.

My IARC is the same OR higher than all other maps in the same genre, so the iarc is 100% ok.

Please help me.

I published the same version again since the iarc is correct and the map does not break any guidelines. It was approved in 15 minutes. But this needs to be looked into. Can it been fraudalent spam reports?Thats the only real option, since the iarc is 100% OK.

I’ve just got back my browse tabs that I lost 5 weeks ago when the ping issue started and now I lost them again.

The map has the same OR higher rating than ALL other practice/warmup maps. So IARC 100% complient.

Now my map was taken down once again for

The email does not have any detailed information about this, it just says " 1.18 Island Content Disclosures".

The map has the same or higher IARC than all the other maps in the same genre.

Something wierd is going on and now im starting to be worried to get a monitization/publishing ban because of this issue. IF that should happen and the map gets taken down yet again, I cant restore it.

Can someone please do something?

Also, after all three recent published versions, I’ve gotten ESRB T rating, but after a few hours fortnite manually lowers it to “ESRB 10+” just as they did in december. So my IARC is either correct, or to high rated, which makes the 1.18 island content disclosure failed review totally wrong. But who knows what the issue really is since the dashboard & email states different stuff. I need help with this asap, I cant even do anything during the days because I need to be available in-case the map gets taken down again now. twice the past 2 days.
