2.change Capture Source to Normal in RGB
3.change Projection Type to Orthograghic
4.adjust Ortho Width size
5.create textureRenderTarget2D and pull it to Texture Target
6.Uncheck Decals in General show Flags
Now We could get a Project normal and use it in material editor
7.create DecalActor in scene and pull sceneCapthure2D actor to it
