Some rules and things won't work

Title: Fortnite Creative Bug – Map Rules and Save Point Not Working for Players Who Join an Ongoing Session

Sometimes, when my map is already running and players are playing, a new player joins the session and several things stop working correctly for that player. It seems like some of the map’s rules and settings are not being applied to them.

Here are the issues I have noticed:

  • Incorrect spawn location: The new player sometimes spawns inside the base, even though the base spawners are supposed to be completely disabled two seconds after the game starts.
  • Building and shooting inside the base: The player can shoot and build inside the base, even though there is a zone that should prevent these actions. For some new players, the zone seems to have no effect at all.
  • Previous loadout not loading: The player’s previously saved weapons do not load when they join the map.
  • Scores not being saved: Any score the player earns while experiencing this bug is not saved.
  • New weapons not being saved: If the player picks up new weapons while experiencing the bug, those weapons do not load the next time they join my map.
  • Default weapons not being granted: The affected player spawns with an empty loadout. Normally, if a new player joins with no saved loadout, they should automatically receive a set of default weapons, but this does not happen.

It seems as if the map’s rules and systems are not being initialized correctly for certain players who join an ongoing session.

However, if these players leave and start a completely new session, everything works normally for them. The problem only seems to occur when they join an existing session that has already been running for several hours and already has players in it.

Could someone please help me figure out what might be causing this issue and how to fix it?

I am a new map creator, and I would really appreciate any help or guidance. Unfortunately, some players are taking advantage of this bug, which is making the situation even more difficult.

Thank you in advance for your help!
