Summary
Hlods assets are being enabled as spatially loaded
When you build hlods from the outliner for whatever reason hlods assets are being marked with hlods to be spatially loaded. i’ve also reported a bug that goes along with this already. where modular terrain is not building. this is a huge roadblock for me as a creator. hlods being spatially loaded defeats the purpose of hlods. Some stuff that is being added to spatially loaded are mostly trees hlods for no good reason. there is no way to disable spatially loaded hlods as you can’t edit hlod’s properties.

Steps to Reproduce
Build a big map’s hlods using the build hlods from selection in the outliner
Expected Result
its supposed to build all selected assets that have include hlods enabled
Observed Result
some assets don’t have spatially loaded enabled as it should be, but important stuff like trees have it enabled which is bad
