some help with "stat unit" result

when executed (stat unit) in normal mode preview in editor (not VR) the result is (for my demo):
Frame:8.3, Game:8.3, Draw:1.46, GPU:8.3

Then en VR preview the result is: Frame:8.3, Game:3.4, Draw:1.9, GPU:8.3

how do you explain or understand this?

why it seems to be capped to 8.3 in normal mode too?
Id like to see an uncapped version when in normal mode so I can use it as a performance meter (kind of benchmark).

Can anyone help me with this?

Edit: ok, I think 8.3 is related to 120Mhz/FPS
