  1. Open UEFN 31.30 after upgrading from 31.20 on the backup PC the old 31.20 release notes are showing

Expected Result

UEFN 31.30 Release notes should be showing in 31.30

Observed Result

UEFN after upgrading from 31.20 on the backup PC the old 31.20 release notes are showing
