[Solved] textures mapping not showing up properly after import

Hello, i have imported hundreds of meshes, and never had that issue so far. when i import a fbx from blender, the mesh UV mapping doesn’t show up properly. i have 128 gig of RAM, i have also increased drastically the texture pool. and even if in the fog, at this point i’m suspecting a bottleneck somewhere. i’m making a huge open world but at this point my map isn’t overloaded with meshes. i have something like 100 meshes onto it. and even if using nanite i’m trying to keep my mesh polys low, same for textures. i’m not using big textures, or loads of decals. i don’t know where to search right now. I’m pretty sure my blender mesh is clean. as as i said i imported hundreds of meshes with no problem so far. here are pics
this is blender

this is UE. as you can see the planks of the swimming pool are not UVed correctly. and the pool walls aren’t even showing up…?

edit: i found the problem. it was a purchased model, and it had mesh attributes already. i delete these, re UV mapped, and it imported successfully this time. i found the solution quick after the post, but i struggled a lot. So that post will help people
