I have this same issue, support completely brushes me off.

Has anyone figured this out?? I love that the support team just ignores email messages, has kicked me out of chat for no reason twice, and refuses to tell me why I am uneligible. Everything shows as being met, yet I cannot enroll. Why? How is the support team this bad?
