[Solved] asset cannot be deleted while in pie

Hello, this is something i get while trying to delete a content browser file. i’ve tried to reopen the level, checked the level to see if the file was inside. still get that error. how do we get rid of this, and what PIE means

edit: i found PIE means simulating. i purchased a couple of new peripherals, and i believe some (especially the Japanese import ones), have their buttons not totally correctly set up, and i trigger the simulation without realizing it

PIE is Play-In-Editor. There’s another mode called “Simulation”, which is different in a few ways at least. It’s better to read the doc pages on those to get a starting knowledge of the modes and their uses / differences.
