I am using windows 7 still, and I can’t run 4.27 because it has errors about missing Media Feature Pack. All the articles I find that point to a Microsoft download, the link is broken. So can you confirm 4.27 is intended for Windows 10 only?
That sounds like the feature missing from the Windows 7 N version. It should only affect things like video codecs. If the media feature pack isn’t available, have you tried with the non-N version, or disabling any video playback plugins in UE4?
This happens when I try to launch the engine. I am using windows 7 pro SP 1.
nevermind, I was using Preview 4 and it looks like the new ‘final’ one loads. Just trying the new template…
