Previously, I can package project to Android to an .APK and can use “Install_PROGRAM_NAME-Android-DebugGame-arm64.bat” to install this apk to my Android device, but can not using “Platforms→All_Android_On_PCNAME→YOUR ANDROID DEVICE” to run it on android quickly
Now I fixed it 
Open “Project Settings→Plugins→AndroidFileServer→Use AndroidFileServer”，and cancle select it.
Then you can debugging program on Android quickly
