Just got an email about the December payout, and is this some kind of joke?!? You literally said we would get 100% revenue for 2024. You processed the second half of October as 100% rev share (which was only 2 weeks) and the November rev share as 100%, but this current December payout is only 88% rev share instead. That’s extremely disingenuous when this is a payout for a month within 2024. I should’ve known better than to trust Epic Games at their word. Perhaps all of us creators on the Marketplace should look into a false advertising claim, along with breach of contract. Steps to Reproduce
Just go to the monthly sales report for December.
Expected Result
100% revenue share for each item sold in December.
Yep, same fore me, I think its 88% instead of 100% for all publishers, hope its a bug of accounting team. Cant really belive Epic can do this intentionally, I remeber the times when Epic did payout to Marketplace creators the 88 percent rate retroactively on all sales since the asset store opened in 2014.
Same here, plus it’s stuck processing - and in Jan there are 10 days missing (same 10 days taxinfo had expired). Contacting support just ends with AI response loops
Excuse me, a question, until when was the 100% FAB sales revenue? Wasn’t it until the end of last year? because the amount that they are going to pay me for December just appeared in the balance and they took away the 12% of commissions that they were supposed to charge starting in January, or I’m wrong ? Thx u
I know we are in 2025 but those sales are from December …. I don’t understand FAB at all
October and November were 100% as they said . No problem at all
Same here… bummer. Just had to check: least their Unreal blog, X, Instagram and facebook accounts state from launch until the end of 2024, publishers will earn 100% revenue share on sales of Fab Standard-licensed products
