Issue with Seller Payouts for December Revenue

Hi everyone,

There was an issue with payouts for the month of December where we only distributed 88% of revenue from sales on Fab for that period, not the 100% revenue share that we committed to for anyone who signed the Fab license agreement.

If you were affected, we are working to deposit the remainder of the balance as quickly as possible – here are the details:

  • By February 7, we will deposit the remaining revenue earned for the month of December
  • We will include January’s earnings in the same deposit, a few weeks earlier than usual (the January earnings payment will reflect the 88% revenue share that went into effect on January 1, 2025)

We’re sorry for the error. If you have any issues after this payment is distributed, please contact Fab support.

FYI…

My sales have been slow and I didn’t make the $100 limit I needed to get too so to receive a payment, but I did get a payment!
However, it wasn’t for the full amount that I should have been paid for the sales generated.

The payment was unexpected and puzzling…but, hey ho!

Yes, earnings from December are paid at the end of January even if you didn’t reach >100$, it the only exception for that month.

If you’re experiencing issues with seller payouts for December revenue, several factors could be causing the delay. Common reasons include payment processing errors, bank verification issues, policy violations, or holiday-related delays. Check your payment dashboard for updates and ensure your banking details are correct. If the issue persists, contact customer support for clarification. Some platforms may also hold funds for security checks. Staying informed about payment schedules and policies can help prevent future delays. Always review your transaction history for discrepancies.
