There was an issue with payouts for the month of December where we only distributed 88% of revenue from sales on Fab for that period, not the 100% revenue share that we committed to for anyone who signed the Fab license agreement.
If you were affected, we are working to deposit the remainder of the balance as quickly as possible – here are the details:
By February 7, we will deposit the remaining revenue earned for the month of December
We will include January’s earnings in the same deposit, a few weeks earlier than usual (the January earnings payment will reflect the 88% revenue share that went into effect on January 1, 2025)
We’re sorry for the error. If you have any issues after this payment is distributed, please contact Fab support.
My sales have been slow and I didn’t make the $100 limit I needed to get too so to receive a payment, but I did get a payment!
However, it wasn’t for the full amount that I should have been paid for the sales generated.
The payment was unexpected and puzzling…but, hey ho!
If you’re experiencing issues with seller payouts for December revenue, several factors could be causing the delay. Common reasons include payment processing errors, bank verification issues, policy violations, or holiday-related delays. Check your payment dashboard for updates and ensure your banking details are correct. If the issue persists, contact customer support for clarification. Some platforms may also hold funds for security checks. Staying informed about payment schedules and policies can help prevent future delays. Always review your transaction history for discrepancies.
Welp!! Today I got mails regarding ‘Payment Transfer’ AGAIN this month. Upon looking, it turned out to be January’s sale payout plus additional 12% of December’s payout. So what’s going on exactly? As per my knowledge, the payment is issued within 30-45 days from the month end. On that basis, I’ve received December’s payout this month, and January payouts would’ve been issued at the end of February but as per today’s mail the January & additional payout has is currently under process?? Is payouts now issued in the immediate month or how exactly? I’m confused.
Hello , can you please tell us what is happening with January payment ?? Are you an epic staff member , why is the January monthly report unavailable??? Says an error occurred
Hi folks. We’re aware that a few publishers have not yet received their January payout, which was distributed on Feb 7. We will make the missing payments as soon as possible. We’re investigating and will update you when we have more information.
Hi again. After further investigation we’ve identified the technical issue that prevented us from distributing January payouts to some publishers on Feb 7. If you have not yet received your January payout, we will distribute it on Feb 18.
We are sorry this happened and are making improvements to our payment process. If you have any payout-related issues, please contact Fab support.

Payment issues are one thing, but it looks like there are even more serious technical problems with the sales reporting system. Recently, my sales have dropped by about 90%, even though they were stable and good in previous months. It seems like some sales are not being recorded correctly, or buyers have suddenly stopped purchasing, which seems unlikely. Can you check this issue and confirm that all sales are correctly displayed in the system?
Hi again. We have sent out the remaining January payments to publishers who did not receive them on February 7. Depending on the payout method that you selected, there may be a slight delay between when we send the payment and when you receive it. If it seems to be taking longer than it should or longer than it has in the past, please reach out to our support team to let us know.
