So I have spent 8-9 days on UEFN, however it says 0/7 days played can someone help me?

Look at topic also don’t mind category I had to pick sometthing

Hello @nexus_zenofn, Welcome to forums!
First, check if Epic is counting your hours correctly. To do that, go to Epic Launcher - Library and open the three dots on UEFN. There you should see something like: “You have played X amount of hours.”
Also keep in mind that just using the UEFN editor without ever launching a session may not trigger the counter.

If your hours look correct and you meet the program requirements, then it’s most likely a bug or a sync issue with UEFN.
@Flak mentions the following in another post with a similar issue to yours

Hope it helps!

Hello! Thank you for the response and I realize now that my problem was not entirely clear. It is n it UEFN it is Fortnite Creative and I do not know what to do, would Fortnite Creative behave differently then UEFN and it is not my hours?

For me (the linked to forum post), UEFN only counted 2 days then stopped counting. I believe an update triggered the issue. I couldn’t find a solution, but there is a workaround. You can collect the days by working in Creative (which you launch through Fortnite with UEFN closed). You don’t have to spend that much time, but you need to work for 7 unique days.

I couldn’t figure out who to contact exactly. I contacted Account support, but it seems the issue is outside their hands.
