Sniper scope while sliding will sometimes aim punch to the ground

when you slide with the sniper. The scope will aim punch towards the ground when you are aiming somewhat lower to the ground maybe waist level of a character.

Steps to Reproduce

slide then aim with a sniper scope while sliding and the scope will punch straight to the ground.

Expected Result

when you run and slide with a sniper and aim in with the scope you shouldn’t have an interface that pulls your scope down.

Observed Result

run and slide aim down site with sniper scope and it should stay where you aimed.

This issue is ongoing for the last 4 months at least.
I have this issue also when just walking but mostly when sliding and scoping in on snipers.
This issue is also happening in Battle Royal games.
