Could you attach your URC logs so we can look into the errors on why you cannot submit a snapshot ?

If you do not see the AppData folder, make sure to turn on hidden items.
Can you also tell me more about your current context ?
Are there multiple people on the team, or is this a project just for you ?
Did you see a modal displaying the different conflicts ?
Hi, since then I’ve reinstall Windows because I was having issues with it so the bug is no more there. But the issue started to happen when there was multiple people working on it.
