Snail-like Movement Help

Hello! I am making a third-person snail character and i would like to make it’s movement as similar to a snail’s as possible. How could i make it so that the snail can freely climb onto any surface and change the gravity with it? I would prefer to make it in blueprint but i have also read that something like this only possible in c++. Thanks in advance!
