Summary
This is a Fortnite gallery that when you create HLODs with it, they show as a flat color instead of the texture being blurry like the rest of HLODs. See video attached as a reply on how it looks.

Steps to Reproduce
Place down the gallery Slappy Shores Graffiti Wall Gallery
World settings >> enable streaming
In the same menu, set Cell size to 3000 and loading range to 6000
Build HLODs (Build >> Build HLODs)
Load live edit
Expected Result
Walls show their texture blurry like the rest of HLODs (intended behavior)
Observed Result
Walls show as a flat color when you are moving away
