Summary
Skylight Real Time Capture was broken with the 28.10 patch. It no longer has real time reflections, and instead replaced by a REALLY low quality reflection.
Steps to Reproduce
- Disable Fortnites TODM
- Add a plane onto the ground, with 1 for specular and 0 roughness
- Add a skybox with a panner texture
- Add Environment Light Rig into the scene
- Change the Skylights mobility to Movable (both have the same result)
- Enable Real time capture in the skylight settings with SLS captured scene as its source type
- Launch the session without nanite/lumen
Expected Result
The reflection of the reflective plane should be showing the texture of the skybox panning around.
Observed Result
The reflection of the plane, is currently static, it’s definitely not real time, as its not updating based on the panner and is weirdly low quality. It’s not even 32x32, its almost blocky in my case. This broke with the current patch (28.10). It was working perfectly fine before it. On both mobile and windows.

Additional Notes
Sometimes it will display the correct quality of the reflection, but its still static despite having turned on Real time capture. It usually works in the editor, with some rare occurrences of the same issue appearing there as well.
