Summary
Skydive Volume Device only allows players to fly around in an upwards direction, not matter how much I change the settings of the device. You should be able to (and were previously able to) fly around freely based on the original settings for the Skydive Device. It significantly alters the experience of the game.

Steps to Reproduce
- Join island
- Enter stone archway.
- As you are skydiving try to dive downwards. (you were previously able to based on the settings.)
- fly to the very top to go back to the Island starting hub
Expected Result
Based on the settings, (and as once proven) you should be able to fly all around, upwards and downwards freely
Observed Result
You are only able to fly around and an upwards direction, not downwards.
