I have an skyatmosphere and directional light which looks very nice but as soon as I add my skybox the atmosphere stops reflecting effectively disappearing. As I saw in a tutorial I’ve added SkyAtmosphereLightDiskLuminance to my skybox emissive but didn’t help. Anyway to get both of these to function together?

You can set the blend mode of the material to additive
