Sky Sphere - not properly shown through the window glass using Raytracing

I am testing 4.26 with my old project, and I have problems with Sky Sphere - it is not showing properly while inside the room with the raytraced glass in windows.
If I put HDRI sky mesh instead of Sky Sphere it is shown correctly. Also masked urban environment picture is also showing correctly, so what can be the reason Sky Sphere looking like this?

fog issue?

I tried to turn fog off, no change.
Here I have attached 2 screens from the same position - the only difference is ticked “Refraction” in Post Process Volume “Ray Tracing Translucency” rollout OFF and ON.

It looks like Sky Sphere is not properly shown through transparent glass for some reason.
