Sky banding/Directional Light issue

Does anyone have an idea what might be going on here? The first video I have taken the Meerkat demo and deleted all lighting and starting over following this tutorial- Making Volumetric Clouds in Unreal engine 4.26 - YouTube

But I am getting major differences, especially in this map but also starting from scratch-

For the first video with the banding, the only thing I have found searching is something about the Sky Distance Threshold, but that doesn’t seem to do anything. The second one might technically be right, but in the tutorial video and everything else I have ever seen, you can actually see the sun which you can’t in my video.
