Animations of skeletal meshes still plays when the skeletal mesh component’s auto activation is set to false.
The ‘is active’ node states a false if auto activaiton was set to false.
Even stranger, after auto activation is set to false, the ‘set active’ and ‘deactivate’ node won’t work as intended. It is necessary to activate the component to make the deactivation work.
