Skeletal Mesh FBX Import has shifted / warped faces

I’m trying to export this armature model from Blender 3.1.2 to Unreal 4.27. I export as an FBX and when I import it to unreal, a lot of the faces are shifted off the model. Here’s a screenshot of both programs.

I know Blender is exporting correctly because I can reimport it into an empty scene in Blender and the faces are all correct. Are there any import options in Unreal that could fix this? Here’s the FBX too:
