Most likely it’s from the BP_Sky_Sphere now that I’ve seen your level, you can try to hide if just to test if you can change the Sun Disc scale without it.

Hi there! One way would be to change the ‘Sun Disc Scale’ from your Atmospheric Fog like in the picture below.
Or you can just go into your Directional Light and modify the Source Angle.
Hello community, I need help to change the size of the solar disk. I am using the default sphere sky in ue4, however I don’t know how to change the size of the sun disk, and I need it to be much smaller.
