Silhouette Smear/Blur on Metallic Reflections with high Brightness Bug

So have you added a sphere reflection capture to your scene at all?

I just ran your test using the steps you provided and was able to see the issue on my end, but upon further investigation if I added a Sphere Reflection Capture to the level, the issue was very minimal and hardly noticeable.

Have you tried adding a Skylight to your level with a custom cubemap as well?
