Showdown VR Demo Download

Hi all,
i can’t find a way to download the Showdown VR Demo any longer. There is still a page at Showdown VR Demo in - UE Marketplace, however it just states "Not for Sale! and does not offer a way to download the project. Would anyone be willing to share the original project files with me?

So does really no one know how to download the Showdown demo these days or has the files laying around? Is there any way to contact EPIC staff themselves in order to ask a question like this?
