shooting_range_target_device "dirty/unsaved" on every push change

Summary

Every time we push changes to test something on the islands, the targets that are already placed and weren’t modified in any shape or form, gets marked as “unsaved” which causes problems down the line with Version Control if they go unnoticed because doing a quick save, will add those to the “commit” and have to manually reverse them.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Place multiple shooting_range_target_device on the island
  2. Save the changes and commit to URC.
  3. Change something else on the island save and push the changes to session or start a new session.

Expected Result

Nothing should appear as unsaved on the editor.
And there shouldn’t be any shooting_targets changes.

Observed Result

Some shooting_targets get marked as unsaved.
