Summary
We’ve received and confirmed many reports that players cannot access the “Shoe” cosmetic option from the Changing Booths in Creative Islands that have the “Enable Jam” setting set to “Off”
It’s very important for Creators to set Jam Loops to “Off” as Jam Loops, when players perform them together, causes a slew of unpredictable Verse crash errors.
It seems as though EPIC unintentionally has set Shoe cosmetics to be disabled as a result of the “Enable Jam” Island Setting being off

Steps to Reproduce
In Games:
Load into Murder Mystery (5253-8468-3364). Enter a changing booth in the lobby. There will not be an option to set Shoe cosmetics. “Enable Jam” is set to “Off” in this games Island Settings.
Alternative:
Create 2 islands; in island settings, set one to “Enable Jam” “Off” and the other to “Default”. Publish both islands (Shoe Cosmetics are available in Edit Sessions, but not published games). The Shoe cosmetics will not be available in games with the “Enable Jam” setting set to “Off”
Expected Result
Players can access their Shoe cosmetics in the Changing Booth regardless of “Jam Loop” settings.
Observed Result
Players cannot access their Shoe Cosmetics in a published island with “Enable Jam” set to Off
